Mack
moved to Oak Harbor in October 2006 from Ilwaco, where he served as
port manager for 7 years. Ilwaco is a commercial and sport fishing port

at the mouth of the Columbia River. In Ilwaco, Mack directed dredging
and rebuilding of docks and upland infrastructure. Prior to that, he
worked upriver in eastern Washington at Pasco (12 years) and Clarkston
(3 yeas) for ports with marinas that were leased to private operators.
